The Divorce Process
Generally, divorce has three sections namely, (1) the dissolution of the marriage itself, (2) the chldren and (3) the distribution of the marital assets.

Apply for the Decree Nisi

Apply for the Decree Absolute
A divorce is either undefended or defended. The undefended divorce is the usual route for most divorces. The undefended divorce process is described above.
